Jessica Scharmer 

Owner, Operator and Head Chef

I served more than nine years in the United States Navy. After my military service, I set out to build a business that would let me give back to my community through food.

My education reflects my interest in food from the very beginning: I earned a Bachelor of Science in Crops and Soil Science from Michigan State University and an associate degree from the Culinary Institute of Michigan. I’m passionate about every step of the journey, from growing ingredients to preparing food that brings people together.
